Organise your COVID-19 status pass
Now the venue is completely open for events it is important that we maintain the very highest standards in keeping our visitors and staff safe from COVID-19. When you visit the venue you may be required to undergo Covid 19 status checks at agreed entry points. It would be sensible, when attending the venue, to be prepared and have proof of your COVID-19 status with you upon arrival.
There are a number of ways to demonstrate your Covid 19 status of asked:
- You can use the NHS COVID Pass via the NHS App and it is advised that, in order for there to be sufficient time for the application to be processed in time, this is done no less than 48 hours before arriving at the venue.
- You can demonstrate proof of immunity shown by a positive PCR test result for COVID-19, lasting for 180 days from the date of the positive test and following completion of the self-isolation period.
- You can show an email containing the results of a lateral flow or PCR negative test, received within 72 hours before attending the venue. Some organisers may require your test to have been completed within 48 hours of arriving at the venue.
- You can obtain an NHS COVID Pass letter (proving vaccination status only) by calling 119 or visiting the NHS website.
If you have a medical exemption we ask you to advise a member of the venue or organiser staff during the checking process.
Most importantly you need to be sure that you are free from symptoms before setting off for the venue. Please do not attend any events being held at the venue if you are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19 if you have been requested to self-isolate or are in a household with someone with COVID-19 symptoms.
