Can I buy my tickets directly though the arena?
Depending on which event you are attending, you may be able to purchase your tickets directly through the Arena website. Most event tickets will need to be booked through the event organisers,
Are there disabled parking spaces and access to all buildings?
There are numerous designated disabled parking bays at key locations points within the parking areas. All buildings have purpose-built or enhanced entrances for disabled access. Internal spaces – including public conveniences and public seating areas – have been designed and laid out to accommodate disabled access at all times.
Are there any cash machines onsite?

No, there are no cash machines on site.

Are there any toilets and camping facilities on site?

Yes – we offer camping on-site with good facilities including shower blocks and 12 separate toilet areas – many of our events each year offer camping – please check individual events for more details.

How do I get to the Arena?

East of England Arena and Events Centre is easily accessible by rail, by car and by Public transport, get more information here.

Where can I stay?

There are plenty of hotels and B&B’s in close proximity to the arena, find out more here.

What do I do if I want to book a venue but notice that the date(s) I want is taken?

Please contact us. While our major public and trade events are advertised on our What’s On page, we may be able to secure one of our many suites to accommodate your event on your preferred date. You can contact us here.

What bus do I get?

24 bus to Alwalton which runs directly from Peterborough train station to the venue. See the ‘Getting Here’ page for more information.

Is there a local taxi service you can recommend?

We work with a taxi company called City Cabs. They offer visitors to the venue priority booking. Their telephone number is: 01733 3411111

Is car parking free?

Yes – All our car parking is offered free of charge.

Is there free WiFi?

Yes – All indoor areas at the venue have free public access Wifi.

Can I bring my dog to the venue?

Dogs are usually allowed within the outside grounds but not inside the buildings (Assistance Dogs are an exception).  Please check individual events for details.

Is there a restaurant on site?

There is no permanent restaurant however during events we usually have either a café or concessionary stands set up where visitors can buy food and beverages.

What time do gates open?

This depends entirely on the event itself. Check on the ‘What’s On page’ for more details of event times.

Is there pedestrian access on to site?

Yes, pedestrian access is through gate 5a unless otherwise advertised. Please check individual event details for further information.
