At the East of England Arena & Events Centre we can provide onsite expertise to support you event with a host of IT services from fixed and mobile Wi-Fi through to creating and supporting online ticketing solutions to support your event.

East of England Arena Internet Services

• The site has a 1000Mb/s synchronous fibre internet connection. The connection and all associated equipment are housed in a secure environment with access limited to key staff. The venue has on-site and off-site support provided by an experienced team.
• All of the main buildings are permanently linked with built in redundancy to provide flexible and reliable connections. The remote buildings are linked via wireless bridges to ensure that connections are available in all of the buildings.
• All locations have wireless access ports and Ethernet connections available.
  

Wireless Services

• Shared wireless networks from 5Mb/s to 60Mb/s for each device (dependent on device).
• Standard wireless networks come with WPA2 security and client isolation.
• Dedicated wireless networks with multiple IDs can be set up.
• Networks can have custom IDs / keys and access limited by mac address.
  

Wired / Ethernet Services

• Dedicated wired links from 20Mb/s to 100Mb/s per connection.
• All networks come with DHCP and firewall protection.
• Customised private network range can be provided.
• Public IP address available (limited to one per client).
• Dedicated connection available for client’s own systems, either 100Mb/s or 200Mb/s.

High speed dedicated connections are only available in the Arena and Atrium.

Custom Options

• Bespoke networks can be provided offering fully customised solutions.
• High speed VPN links to enable staff to link to office networks.
• Private, physically separated networks built to suit the needs of the client.
• Office networks with mixed wired and wireless connections accessing shared resources.
