The East of England Arena and Events Centre has a variety of suites and spaces suitable for both large and small exhibitions.
The Arena
The Arena is the one of the best exhibition and conference facilities in the UK. It has over 4600m2 of space available to accommodate up to 5000 people seated or 6000 standing, and the capability to cater for 1800 dinner guests but as a blank canvas it is a truly versatile space.
Previously having hosted professional sports events, music concerts, conferences and exhibitions as well as weddings and corporate functions. Our space is the perfect starting point to realise your vision.
It has state-of-the-art heating, ventilation and lighting systems, plus two VIP pods that can be used for corporate hospitality.
The Atrium
The Atrium’s 5m high domed ceiling helps to flood the 938m2of floor space with natural light. It is the perfect venue to host conferences and dinners, with space for 900 delegates or 600 diners.
Linked to the Arena, the two spaces used together offer 5000m2of space. The Atrium is also connected to the Peterborough and Cambridge Suites, and all of these venues can be booked together to create a bespoke, flexible space for large events.
The Cambridge Suite
The Cambridge Suite has been completely renovated as part of the East of England Arena and Events Centre’s ongoing capital investment programme.
It can seat 460 people theatre style, cater for 350, and provide boardroom facilities for 100. It has its own bar and terrace, and links with the Atrium and Arena via the Peterborough Suite.
The Peterborough Suite & Lounge
The Peterborough Suite has recently been redeveloped as part of the East of England Arena and Events Centre’s ongoing capital investment programme. It can be a seated meeting room for 400 people, a dinner venue for 300, or an 80-person boardroom.
It has its own bar and large reception or break-out area which is connected to the Cambridge Suite and has an undercover link to the Atrium and Arena.
