The London Championship Show, The UK’s premier small animal event, is set to return to the East of England Arena and Events Centre on October 8 – 9, 2022.
The two-day event attracts rabbit and rodent fanciers from all over the British Isles, bringing together owners and breeders for a competitive show and a chance to showcase and compare varieties. The first day is devoted to rabbits and, on the second day, the show expands to include mice and gerbils.
The event will also feature plenty of helpful information and advice on keeping and breeding small animals, with lots of club stands to visit and find out more. Trade stands will be offering a wide choice of pet-keeping supplies, and The British Rabbit Council will be on hand to provide answers on breed types, pedigrees and other common questions.
Pamela Newbould, head of events, East of England Arena, welcomed the return, saying “The London Championship Show is now in its 10th year at the Arena, and is a landmark event on the show circuit, attracting entrants and visitors to Peterborough from all over the UK and Ireland. If you or your children are fond of small animals, then it’s a great day out too with so many different kinds of rabbits, rats and mice to meet.”
Adult tickets cost £12 and junior tickets are £5. Family tickets are also available for £32. More information and tickets can be found on the London Championship Shows website. – https://thelondonshow.org/
