Construction Business Builders’ new event brings 130 professionals to the Arena

The East of England Arena and Events Centre saw over 130 construction businesses from across the UK gather for Construction Business Builders’ debut at the venue over the weekend of February 26-27, 2022.

The two-day training event, hosted by Joseph Valente – CEO of organiser Trade Mastermind and 2015 winner of BBC’s ‘The Apprentice’ – saw plumbers, boiler installers, landscapers, builders and other construction professionals come together to listen to seminars on sales training, business coaching, lead generation and more.

The event featured guest speakers Alfie Best, entrepreneur and philanthropist, and Kevin Byrne, founder, and CEO of Checkatrade, who took the stage to share their stories about the early years, their motivations, and their business development journeys.

Pamela Newbould, East of England Arena’s head of events, celebrated the weekend’s success, saying, “Valente, his team, guest speakers and attendees brought a palpable energy to the venue. Delegates were eager to learn and engaged enthusiastically with content, creating a buzz of excitement.”

“At the Arena, we take great pride in helping organisers grow; to see their events develop and come to life is what drives our team. Construction Business Builder was a great success and I’m delighted that Trade Mastermind chose the East of England Arena for their event.”
